Rent is due on the 1st and late on the 2nd; the late fee will be assessed on the 8th.

From the 8th through the end of the month, only guaranteed funds (cashiers check, money order) will be accepted.

JAB does not accept third party payments. If you pay with a third party payment, it will be returned to you. If your account becomes late during this process, a late fee will be charged.

If you cannot pay your rent on-time, please notify the office immediately.

PAY RENT

All repair requests must be completed online through your tenant portal or by coming into the office- we will not submit a repair request over the phone.

To check status of a previously submitted repair request, please login to your tenant portal online. Please note: JAB office employees do not have access to the maintenance schedule and are unable to give status updates.
